Work-linked training | Management/Administration in Paris

CoBe Architecture et Paysage, a multi-disciplinary agency, is looking for a work-study student in management or administration to support its development activities and respond to calls for tender.

Profile required :

In order to optimise the organisation of its development, CoBe is looking for a work-study student (or professional training contract) for a one-year period, starting in September, from a management, administration or business school.

You will report to the Development Director and work directly with the Tenders Manager and the branch managers.

You have a generalist background in management, administration or law, and have a real interest in the fields of architecture and cities. You have a good command of office, communication and layout tools (Office, Indesign, etc.).

Missions :

  • Support in implementing the methodology for organising calls for tender internally
  • Helping to set up a database linked to the agency's development: new projects, requests, future projects, current projects, clients, etc.
  • Assisting with the management of the private and public tenders dashboard, in conjunction with the agency's tenders officer.
  • Support in keeping the list of partners (co-contractors, previous calls for tenders and joint projects, etc.)
  • Support in setting up a file for analysing data returned and feedback
  • Helping to maintain the agency's standard administrative file (official documents, keeping staff CVs up to date, etc.) in conjunction with the agency's tendering manager.
  • Preparing administrative files and centralising, following up and completing the administrative files of the various partners, in conjunction with the agency's tendering officer
  • Preparation of books and/or reference sheets in response to invitations to tender, in conjunction with the Head of Communications
  • Assistance with the drafting of methodological notes and notes of intent: drafting of model notes, proofreading and page layout
  • Support in drawing up the contractual documents (Commitment Deeds, FMPDs, etc.), based on the financial information provided by the staff responsible for the consultation.
