From a territory serving the mixed city of tomorrow, the ZAC Sud Chanteraines in Gennevilliers redevelops the city on an ageing business park, offering density, mix and intensity.

CoBe - Gennevilliers ZAC Sud Chanteraines

The objective in terms of programming is to strengthen the supply of housing and the economic fabric, particularly in connection with the direct proximity of the Gennevilliers RER station.

The specificity of the project is that it is located in one of the loops of the Seine. Its location in the major river bed will require a response to the risk of flooding and a questioning of the city's resilience in relation to water.
