Urban conversion of the Chanteraines business park

From a territory serving the mixed city of tomorrow, the ZAC Sud Chanteraines in Gennevilliers redevelops the city on an ageing business park, offering density, mix and intensity.

The programming objective is to strengthen the housing offer and the economic fabric, particularly in relation to the direct proximity of the Gennevilliers RER station and the tramway.

The specificity of the project is that it is located in one of the loops of the Seine. Its location in the major river bed will require a response to the risk of flooding and a questioning of the city's resilience in relation to water.
