Located on a 5ha industrial enclave, the new town centre of La Courneuve imagined by CoBe represents a major opportunity to reinforce the identity of the centre of La Courneuve and to weave links throughout the town.
🌳 The presence of the RER B, and eventually the Grand Paris Express, at both ends of the district, reinforces the need to create fluid paths through vast public spaces. A large landscaped mall will link the town hall park to the territory's green network and encourage soft mobility, while new tree-lined streets with lively ground floors will actively participate in the greening of the neighbourhood.
