The Smartseille 2 plot of land is located in the north of Marseille, in the 15th arrondissement of the Phocéenne city. At the heart of the Euroméditerranée II Operation of National Interest and the ZAC Littoral, the development of this land will take full part in the dynamics underway in this sector and in the overall requalification project for the northern districts of Marseille.
