Operational urban planning for the Confluence district in Lyon
CoBe's action is to follow up on the work carried out and to guarantee that sustainable development will not remain a pious wish but will be the "green thread" of the project, from design to delivery and during the operation of the buildings and outdoor spaces.
It is a question of combining all aspects of its redevelopment in order to achieve the objectives of the sustainable and decarbonised city: mutability, decompartmentalisation, inclusiveness, diversity and energy frugality.
