Urban and public space project management

Located on former industrial sites, this new urban unit will house 2,000 homes, an EHPAD, activities, shops and a school.
At the heart of the project, the creation of an urban park of almost 2 hectares will contribute to the influence of this new district.

CoBe - Poissy écoquartier Rouget-de-Lisle

Residents have been involved in the genesis of the project for several years through a wide-ranging consultation process that has highlighted the main issues for users in the area.

Four main lines of thought constitute invariants to be preserved throughout the operational implementation: creating a connected and peaceful neighbourhood, magnifying nature in the city, encouraging urban courtesy, designing quality housing.
