ZAC Centre-Ville - Gennevilliers (91)

Construction of 88 stone and timber-frame homes

Lot A is part of the new ZAC Centre-Ville de Gennevilliers, at the junction of Avenue G. péri, Boulevard Camélinat and Rue Louis Calmel, in dialogue with Gennevilliers town hall.

The project blends harmoniously with the neighbouring plots, forming an activated urban frontage on the ground floor, while a second building stands out at the end of the plot. Two emergences rise up from the north and south-west parts of the plot to create a landmark in the neighbourhood, a gateway.

The project is developing 100% of environmentally-friendly facades made up of 60% of solid stone, quarried nearby in Nogent-sur-Oise, and 40% of timber-framed facades (FOB).

The project offers 88 multi-orientated homes, distributed through naturally lit vertical walkways that begin in the heart of a generously landscaped block: residents reach their homes via a pathway that stands out from a richly planted rain garden.
