Project management for public spaces

The public space project allows the new Plouzané Town Hall to be staged by integrating the constraints of accessibility, use and parking, while respecting the spirit of the Breton bocage.

The transformation of the relief creates a slight folding of the land which supports the overall slope of the site.

These vegetated borders echo the wooded landscape and recall the remnants of the hedgerows that dot the commune.

The use of local and quality materials positions the new town hall centrally in the site.
