Construction of 29 housing units and their outdoor areas

On a plot of land shared with the De Cussac Architectes agency, CoBe is delivering 29 home ownership units in the heart of the Parc Princesse in Le Vésinet.

The exterior spaces of the entire project were also designed by CoBe's landscape designers.

To make the most of its privileged location, the project consists of four housing blocks, two of which are designed by CoBe and two others by the De Cussac agency. This type of plot allows for multiple views and the best sunlight. These plots include flats from 2 to 6 rooms, as well as some duplexes.

Each dwelling has an outdoor living space facing the park. The materials are chosen to preserve a domestic scale within the outdoor spaces. In this way, they become an integral part of the home.
