Construction of a logistics and office park

Located on the southern fringe of Orly airport, the logistics park project comprises 4 double-sided logistics buildings, 2 single-sided buildings and a service centre containing mainly offices.

CoBe - Plateau activités logistique Othello Athis-Mons Orly ADP

The development is characterised by the creation of a large green space along Avenue Bernard Lathière. This space will help to create an ecological corridor between the plateau and the slopes, provide a planted façade along the avenue, distance the buildings from the road and provide a service for soft mobility.

The office buildings and the upper part of the logistics units are of timber-framed construction, while the gable façades of the various buildings feature reused brick. All the spaces are flooded with natural light, thanks in particular to the large windows in the gable walls and the sheds providing zenithal light.
