The Raymond Queneau sector is an area straddling 3 communes (PANTIN, BOBIGNY, ROMAINVILLE). This pre-operational urban study undertaken by EST ENSEMBLE aims to federate the various actors by taking into account the dynamics on an intermunicipal scale.
