Construction of 119 homes in Antibes Juan-les-Pins

The Combes sector is part of the new strategic urban renewal plan for the Antibes Juan-les-Pins commune. Our project aims to reconnect the residential areas to the east and north with the economic activity to the west, while at the same time creating a new frontage for the district to the south for the next phase of urban development.

CoBe - Housing Antibes Juan-les-Pins Combes

The three buildings housing 119 dwellings are 4 storeys high, with a minimum setback of 4 metres for the last levels overlooking the public roads. By taking advantage of the gradient of the site, the heights of the volumes are varied and reflect the slope of the site and the public spaces.

The project proposes a common set of buildings with a common architectural style and grammar. The ground floor of each building has been designed as a support for collective values: animating the public space, encouraging use and encounters. Passers-by will come face to face with the quality of the active and convivial ground floors, whose transparent surfaces have been maximised.
