Conversion of an office building into 29 flats

Located at 7-9 rue des Frères Morane, the original office building is being transformed into two programmes. 29 social housing units are included in the operation, including 12 rented to the Arche association in Paris (dedicated to mentally handicapped people). Offices are located on the ground floor of the building and at the back of the plot.

CoBe - Refurbishment Paris Frères Morane

The whole programme is linked by a new shaded garden adapted for people with reduced mobility.

In terms of materials, the ashlar facade has been entirely preserved, and a re-use approach has been implemented in order to make the most of the existing building.
