To accompany the main pathway, a floor layout creates a gentle transition between mineral and plant materials. Generous gardens at the foot of each building provide much-needed privacy for ground-floor accommodation.

Finally, a natural pairie with a large bicycle storage area provides a shared space for all the residents of the block, enhanced by outdoor furniture custom-designed by CoBe, and invites you to take a stroll as it opens out towards the lake in the Parc Princesse.
