At the junction between the future Hub Pleyel and the fabric of Vieux Saint Ouen, lot E embodies the inhabited part of the Olympic village, the most domestic.
The project being developed is part of a process to further develop the master plan designed by the architect Dominique Perrault, in order to embody the urban, architectural and landscaping guidelines bequeathed to him. The aim is to create a truly Audonian neighbourhood, at the cutting edge of living comfort, accessibility and ecology.

CoBe urbanisme's role is to coordinate the seven architectural lots, in conjunction with the landscape project.

Get to grips with the project by Dominique Perrault and the TER agency: define the «ships», the two macro-lots (the Belvedere and the Villas). Defining their architectural identity, working on a «family resemblance» common to all the buildings, in particular through the materiality and architectural style.
Defining and spatialising the programming: programming that is in tune with the area and the uses of current and future residents, in order to establish the future district's territorial roots.
Supporting architects in complying with the various specifications, reconciling the challenges of the Olympic Games and legacy phases, the challenges of universal accessibility, etc.
