CoBe, a metropolitan protagonist
CoBe was set up 15 years ago as a space for co-working, a third place bringing together disciplines and personalities passionate about the city's collective fabric. Its DNA? Transdisciplinarity. At CoBe, architecture, town planning and landscape are tested and nourished on a daily basis by increasingly complex building sites, and are placed at the service of an ever-growing number of protagonists. In a context of changing planning procedures and governance, CoBe has made the management of complex projects its specificity. Its conviction? That the city is built sustainably in the neighbourhoods and around transport nodes. That these are powerful levers for urban transformation. Its interdisciplinarity and team spirit make the agency a protagonist dedicated to the enhancement of the Parisian metropolis, with a single objective: to develop thinking around Grand Paris for the benefit of urban well-being. CoBe's approach favours dialogue, curiosity and expertise. It concerns both its partners, project owners and project managers, as well as the users of its projects and its employees.
