The project is part of a historic plot of land located between Montsouris Park and the Hôpital de la Santé in the heart of the 14th arrondissement. The parcel on which the program is being implemented is a true haven of calm nature and invites to a change of scenery in the heart of the capital. The unusual chapel in the heart of the island is a surprise for the walker who discovers it around the corner of a cul-de-sac. The composition of the facades by the implementation of a common materiality is worked under several nuances. The work on the singularity of the openings is combined with the installation of several frames corresponding to the various program demands and well-defined systems of piercing, giving each entity its own personality. The vertical cut-out is intended to avoid the "large complex" effect. This sequencing principle helps to accentuate the verticality of the emergences in direct relation to the Picturesque Wood. To accentuate the verticals, a work of modulation of drilling sequences the buildings. This play of variations allows the exterior to make each facade unique from the dead end. The treatment of the façades, with brick in various shades, creates harmonious, perennial and elegant surfaces.
