Inauguration of the Envol(s) participative work in Poissy

On Thursday 30 May, CoBe's urban planning and landscape department was on hand to inaugurate the participative work Envol(s) alongside CITALLIOS and the architect behind the project. Marie-Odile Foucras, in the presence of players from the Rouget De Lisle eco-neighbourhood, elected representatives and residents of the town of Poissy!

Created by prisoners and secondary school students under the direction of the artist Emmanuel Michel, the statues representing Daedalus and Icarus will now welcome visitors to the park, the very first part of which will be opened in July as part of phase 2 of the ZAC works.
