CoBe Architecture et Paysage, a multidisciplinary agency, is looking for an Architect-Urbanist Project Manager.
Long-term fixed-term contract (renewable) or permanent contract to be filled as soon as possible in the 14th arrondissement of Paris.
CoBe is an agency based in three major cities: Paris, Bordeaux and Porto. Its location at these three sites reflects the research it has been carrying out for many years on the city and its multiple scales.
This triangular organisation also enables it to adjust its production capacity and responsiveness to its customers and partners. Architects, site managers, landscape architects, town planners, engineers and graphic designers form a complete incubator of expertise and know-how. Our shared culture and capacity for collaborative working optimise the responses we provide to our customers and the needs expressed by users.
The 40 people who make up CoBe all share the same objective: to design harmonious spaces to live in, to walk through and to contemplate. Their cultural origins and backgrounds are reflected in the philosophy of the projects to which the agency is committed.
In particular, the agency is working on emblematic projects on a regional scale in the inner suburbs of the Paris region and in French cities such as Lyon, Marseille, Lille and Bordeaux. We are actively seeking to strengthen our teams to take part in these large-scale projects.
Profile required
Architect - urban planner with at least 5 years' experience. Long-term fixed-term contract (renewable) or permanent contract. You are a graduate of a school of architecture with a specialisation in urban planning (either by diploma or by proven experience over more than five years).
You are able to produce your own graphics and have already worked on urban project management projects (dealing with the client, managing the consortium, knowledge of the project phases).
Position based in Paris 14ème to be filled immediately.
Remuneration to be discussed depending on profile and experience.
Missions
You will work in tandem with an Architect-Urbanist project manager or be autonomous on urban project management studies (master plans and guide plans, fiches de lots, urban coordination, etc.).
We're looking for a self-motivated all-rounder.
