Montevrain Urban Development Project

Zac Montévrain Val d’Europe, Charbonnières, Clos Rose and Université

This extensive project management contract covers the eastern part of the municipality of Montévrain, north of the RER station and major roads. The project builds on existing urban and landscape objectives whilst ensuring the technical and hydraulic feasibility of the natural retaining structures.

These areas are becoming a showcase for various sectors facing a range of challenges: «completing» the Val d’Europe and Charbonnière ZACs, continuing discussions on the transformation of a self-contained shopping centre at Le Clos Rose, and finally developing the density of a new mixed-use, phased development to the south of Val d’Europe RER station.

Leading a team with a wide range of expertise, CoBe is managing a complex project within a highly operational environment. Our primary focus is on hydraulically integrating and repairing existing infrastructure and ensuring the cost-effectiveness of ongoing works, thereby enabling the continued production of housing and business activities.
More broadly, this reinterpretation of Marne’s ‘city of nature’ theme is reflected in ambitious proposals for urban architecture and public spaces.
