Collective and individual housing

Well beyond the installation of new housing, the project located at the south-western end of the town proposes the requalification of public spaces and the creation of a town entrance for Blanquefort. A project where the commitment to social links and sharing contributes greatly to the success of the development and to the beauty of the place.

The 42 homes have a dual aspect. Two-thirds of them are also through-planning. Spread over three separate buildings, the project includes a building of 32 social rental homes, reconstituting a built and commercial frontage along the main thoroughfare.

Four detached houses form the transition to the residential area. A small collective of six flats for first-time buyers forms the backdrop to the square.
