Our B036 project is making great strides. We’d like to share with you these few images showing the structure taking shape, where the concrete is gradually giving way to timber.

The main building, which houses a 440-space multi-storey car park and retail outlets, is clad in prefabricated concrete in a «Garonne beige» shade. From the fifth storey upwards, the structure tapers to accommodate a lightweight timber frame, dedicated to residential units.
This change in the physical nature of the space – both technical and symbolic – underlines our commitment and our efforts to improve the quality of communal areas.
