Carried by Nacarat, the project "A La Croisée Des S[cé]EnS" is based on an urban plan that multiplies the parvis and creates a pedestrian mall as an extension of the shopping street rue Houdan. It proposes to develop, on the block of the Admiral's castle, a locavore restaurant associated with a vegetable garden, a brasserie, a school-hotel and event premises.
