Offices in Nantes - Bas Chantenay district

Located in the Bas Chantenay district, on land directly adjacent to the Loire, the project involves the construction of 5,000 sq. metres of office space. It includes a new five-storey building with a post-and-beam structure and timber-framed facades, as well as the renovation of a 3-storey industrial building.

The buildings are designed using a bioclimatic approach, to provide acceptable conditions of comfort. The number of "uncomfortable" days is kept to a minimum. The outdoor spaces and gardens form a green setting that connects with the surrounding landscape.

We worked with the existing landscape to create a rustic, natural vegetation reminiscent of the banks of the Loire, and to remove as much of the waterproofing as possible.
