The development of the former Sanofi site in Bagneux is taking shape. A plot of land of nearly one hectare, at the corner of Avenue Paul-Vaillant-Couturier and Rue des Blains, which has been vacant since Sanofi's departure in 2010.
Bouygues Immobilier will build offices and housing, with a student residence and shared gardens. The building permit will be filed by the end of June. Work, including deconstruction, which is expected to take 10 months, is scheduled to begin in early 2017. The complex is expected to be delivered in 2019....
