Port\u00e9 par Nacarat, le projet \u00ab A La Crois\u00e9e Des S[c\u00e9]EnS \u00bb s’appuie sur un sch\u00e9ma urbain qui multiplie les parvis et cr\u00e9e un mail pi\u00e9tonnier en prolongement de la rue Houdan commer\u00e7ante. Il propose de d\u00e9velopper, sur l’\u00eelot du ch\u00e2teau de l’Amiral, un restaurant locavore associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un potager, une brasserie, une \u00e9cole-h\u00f4tel et des locaux \u00e9v\u00e9nementiels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
