Reformas Par\u00eds 15\u00ba arrondissement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">\u26cf Es inminente la ceremonia de colocaci\u00f3n de la primera piedra de nuestro proyecto de reforma del 7-9 rue des Fr\u00e8res Morane, en el distrito 15 de Par\u00eds.<br>Dirigido por Seqens, el proyecto consiste en transformar este antiguo edificio de oficinas, adquirido por Fonci\u00e8re de Transformation Immobili\u00e8re en 2021, en un edificio de 29 viviendas sociales, 12 de ellas dedicadas a la asociaci\u00f3n El Arca de Par\u00eds, con oficinas en la planta baja.<br>Todo el programa est\u00e1 unido por un nuevo jard\u00edn en el coraz\u00f3n del bloque, apto para personas con movilidad reducida.<br>En cuanto a los materiales, se ha conservado \u00edntegramente la fachada de siller\u00eda de la calle y se ha aplicado un planteamiento de reutilizaci\u00f3n para aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo el edificio existente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cobe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/vignette-morane.jpg\" alt=\"CoBe -
