The Smartseille 2 plot of land is located in the north of Marseille, in the 15th arrondissement of the Phoc\u00e9enne city. At the heart of the Eurom\u00e9diterran\u00e9e II Operation of National Interest and the ZAC Littoral, the development of this land will take full part in the dynamics underway in this sector and in the overall requali\ufb01cation project for the northern districts of Marseille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The development project is based on the surrounding projects and in particular on the reorganisation of public spaces planned as part of the ZAC Littorale, but also on the North-South extension of the tramway network, which will allow a profound change in the Rue de Lyon (size, uses, atmosphere, public transport services, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
