Operation Heart of the City<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The requalification of the slab of \u00c9pinay-sous-S\u00e9nart and its surroundings will insu\ufb04ate a revitalization of the city, its activities and urban life. The project's ambition is to restore the slab's strong identity as a town centre, while at the same time working on the relationship with the landscape and the specificity of each place and each use. The requalification of the slab involves two major project axes, on one hand the redeployment of the commercial polarity along Rue Victor Hugo and on the other hand the creation of a place on the slab that is legible and that clearly redraws public and private spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
