The Lef\u00e8bvre \/ P\u00e9richaux \/ Brancion group, with their 310 dwellings per hectare, make up a district as dense as the traditional Haussmann-style fabrics of Paris.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Almost 3,000 people can live there, the equivalent of a small French town. This density is a strong asset of the site because it allows for an intense use of outdoor spaces. Representing 75 % of the Paris-Habitat land in the district, these are vast but today hardly qualified, which creates many problems: lack of legibility, incomprehension of their status, convoluted addressing, insecurity, etc.. We are convinced that the whole challenge of the project is to succeed in taking advantage of this density to qualify strongly outside spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
