The project has 74 new homes for home ownership. It is made up of two constructions which are developing along the plot. To the east, the 2 buildings meet to form indoor gardens. The alleyway echoes the history of the place, with its rectangular cobblestones and abundant vegetation it offers the inhabitants a transition between the urban space of the rue des Noyers and the entrance to their homes.<\/strong>
