The release of the 5ha right-of-way occupied by the company KDI opens up the opportunity to create a real town centre for La Courneuve, while respecting the existing urban fabric. This will eventually accommodate around 1,000 additional housing units, a school complex and generous public spaces that will provide a link with the surrounding neighbourhoods.
