A commitment to transitional architecture, balancing density and environmental performance.<\/strong>

The project features a mineral-inspired architectural style on the street-facing side, supported by a concrete plinth, whilst the upper floors take on a lighter, more industrial appearance thanks to the use of off-site construction. The load-bearing structure incorporates 51 % of timber, combining timber posts, beams and floors, constructed with the support of our partner Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es Charpente. On the fa\u00e7ade, a load-bearing metal mesh supports the balconies and contributes to the building\u2019s structural identity.
