GROUPE SERM\/SA3M, an Alt\u00e9med group, has appointed CoBe's Urban Planning and Landscape department to carry out preliminary studies for the development of the Sablassou AubeRouge sector in Castelnau-le-Lez!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Situated to the east of Montpellier between the inhabited garrigue and the agricultural plain, the site is home to the metropolis' main roads. We are proposing the creation of a capable and sustainable landscape edge, based on the establishment of a landscape framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within a single perimeter, the project combines the different issues of urban renewal of a commercial area around a water garden, the introduction of new forms of transport over time with the arrival of a Bus-tram from 2025, and the installation of a major health facility within a limited land area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
