\u26cf The first groundbreaking ceremony is imminent for our rehabilitation project at 7-9 rue des Fr\u00e8res Morane in the 15th arrondissement of Paris.
Led by Seqens, the operation consists of transforming this former office building, acquired by Fonci\u00e8re de Transformation Immobili\u00e8re in 2021, into a building of 29 social housing units, 12 of which are dedicated to the L'Arche association in Paris, with offices on the ground floor.
The whole programme is linked by a new garden in the heart of the block, adapted for people with reduced mobility.
In terms of materials, the ashlar fa\u00e7ade on the street has been fully preserved and a re-use approach has been implemented in order to make the most of the existing building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
