The development of the Smartseille 2 development block, a stone's throw from the port of Marseille, is above all about forging links with neighbouring districts,
and to connect existing public spaces to the future axes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

A clear, accessible framework has been created thanks to new, calmer roads
to promote pedestrian comfort. Three lots are formed from this road layout, containing low, controlled volumes and a number of buildings with views towards the Mediterranean.
The ground floors of the new outdoor spaces will be enlivened by shops.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The removal of waterproofing from the ground and the planting of vegetation in public spaces guarantee shaded areas, and the presence of a large amount of vegetation in the heart of plots helps to combat heat islands, stimulate biodiversity and introduce urban agriculture systems.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
