In the 15\u1d49 arrondissement of Paris, CoBe's landscape designers have redesigned the outdoor spaces of the Lef\u00e8bvre-P\u00e9richaud-Brancion housing estates.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The group, with its 310 dwellings per hectare, constitutes a neighbourhood as dense as the traditional Haussmannian fabrics of Paris. This density is a strong asset of the site because it allows for the intensive use of outdoor spaces.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Clarify the external spaces: reduce the place of the car, vegetate the thresholds, secure the site, install qualitative and sustainable materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main lines of the project :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Improving the living environment, user comfort and accessibility: development of PRM access to buildings, hierarchical pedestrian circulation, creation of diversified planted environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rehabilitation of the existing building: repair of structures, waterproofing of the car park slab, installation of a lift to exit the car park.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
