The project involves the extensive renovation of a former SNCF workshop. The building has a Bordeaux stone fa\u00e7ade facing the main road, while its other fa\u00e7ades reflect a more industrial architecture, with large openings, brick walls and exposed Eiffel-style steel structures.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

On the ground floor, there will be a gourmet food hall open to the neighbourhood. This hall will bring life to the Place des Citernes. Upstairs, office space will complement the neighbourhood's current offering. Although extensive, the renovation gives pride of place to existing materials, attempting to preserve as much of the existing structure as possible. The spaces are magnified by the creation of a full-height central nave and the use of raw finishing materials.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
