Lot B1 is part of the national \u201dCity of Tomorrow\u201d initiative supported by the Plan Investissement d'Avenir. This new Eco-City is designed to meet the challenge of creating a pleasant, open living environment around the RER A railway lines.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Lot B1 is located in the Haute Maison Joint Development Zone (ZAC) in Champ-sur-Marne, close to the future Grand Paris Noisy \/ Champ multimodal hub. The 30,000 m\u00b2 development includes family housing, offices, shops and a cr\u00e8che. Its aim is to create new links between the Descartes cluster and the neighbouring residential areas, which are currently disconnected and isolated on either side of the railway infrastructure. This ambition is supported by a logic of sharing spaces. (Conciergerie \u00e0 l'ilot, Coworking, shared gardens, company restaurant open to residents, guest room, rooftop, walk of the five senses, artwork, collection service, recycling ...) and relayed through a consultation process. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

As an architectural, urban and landscaping project, lot B1 is also the basis for an applied research approach, making it possible to implement tried and tested environmental solutions by means of simulations (sunshine, aeraulics and venturi effect, access to views, urban microclimate, vibrations, etc.). To develop these innovations, partners such as Elithis and Urban Practices, Linkcity, Bouygues B\u00e2timent IDF, RATP and CSTB are working alongside EPA Marne.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
