Construction of a logistics and office park<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Located on the southern fringe of Orly airport, the logistics park project comprises four double-sided logistics buildings, two single-sided buildings and a service centre containing mainly offices.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The development is characterised by the creation of a large green space along Avenue Bernard Lathi\u00e8re. This space will help to create an ecological corridor between the plateau and the slopes, provide a planted fa\u00e7ade along the avenue, distance the buildings from the road and provide a service for soft mobility.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The office buildings and the upper part of the logistics units are of timber-framed construction, while the gable fa\u00e7ades of the various buildings feature reused brick. All the spaces are flooded with natural light, thanks in particular to the large windows in the gable walls and the sheds providing zenithal light.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
